One of the motivations driving me to undertake this journey and create a reportage is not only the need to understand the social, economic, and cultural aspects but also to break down the stereotypes that inevitably permeate every society, including Macedonian society.

Most of us are wrapped in prejudices against lesser-known populations, attributing negativity to all members of a group. In our society, a common mindset prevails—the reliance on hearsay. With great ease, entire peoples are labeled, and there is a presumption of knowing their characteristics based on misleading, often superficial information, sometimes even spread by the media.
